Berkeley House bed and breakfast in Lewes, East Sussex

Under the same ownership since opening in 1988, Berkeley House is a late Georgian Townhouse (c. 1820), with three guest bedrooms, each individually furnished and decorated.

All rooms have private shower and toilet, tea and coffee trays and flat-screen TV with integral DVD player and iPod dock.

A full-menu breakfast is included in our room rates, and an intimate lounge is available for relaxation.  Berkeley House also has a roof terrace with views over the town of Lewes to the South Downs.

Wi-Fi internet connection is provided free for our bed and breakfast guests.

Smoking is permitted outside  on the roof terrace but nowhere else in the building.
